The best way to prevent back injuries is to develop habits that reduce the strain placed on your back. There are some basic things you can do to help prevent back injuries and this class will teach you the necessary procedures to eliminate and prevent back injuries.

The employer must ensure that each operator is evaluated to confirm that he/she understands the information provided in the training.
